Ingredients/Components
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- egg - 1 item
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- warm water - 2 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
How to make yeast rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar and Crisco. Beat in other ingredients. Spoon into greased muffin tins (only 1/3 to 1/2 full). Bake in heated 400° oven for 13 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
