- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- ground red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cup chicken broth - 1/4 item
- cup finely crushed corn flakes - 3/4 item
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves - 4 item
How to make crunchy no-fry chicken:
Mix corn flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper. Dip chicken into broth. Coat with the corn flake mixture. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
