  • salt - 2 tsp
  • vinegar - 1/4 item
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • onion salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • cup melted butter - 1/4 item
  • cup lemon juice - 1/4 item
  • fryer chicken cut up - 1 item

How to make tangy chicken:

Mix all ingredients except chicken. Dip each piece of chicken in sauce. Place skin side up in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Pour in remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
