Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- Velveeta cheese - 3 c
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- large onions, chopped - 2 item
- pimentos
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- large hen - 1 item
- large can English peas - 1 item
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Boil chicken on low heat until tender. Let cool and reserve broth. Debone and cut chicken into pieces. Saut?© pepper and onions in oleo on low heat 4 to 5 minutes. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth adding water if necessary; do not drain. Add cheese to hot spaghetti and stir until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well and place in casserole. Heat in oven until hot throughout. Makes large casserole. Can be cut in half for a small family.
