Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- ground red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- reduced calorie margarine, melted
How to make potato skins:
Scrub potatoes; prick with fork. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done. Let potatoes cool to touch. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out potato pulp, leaving 1/4-inch thick shells. Reserve pulp for another use. CuRecipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Potato.
