Chicken and wild rice casserole

- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 3 c
- 2 oz
- chicken breast halves - 4 item
- grated Cheddar cheese for top - 1 c
How to make chicken and wild rice casserole:
Boil chicken in salted water until tender. Save broth. Skin and debone chicken breasts and shred or just tear into small pieces. Cook rice using 2 cups of chicken broth instead of water. When rice is done, add soup, sour cream, shredded chicken and 1 cup of broth. Mix well. Put into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and put grated cheese on top.
