  • chicken breasts, cubed - 1 lb
  • Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip light dressing - 1 c
  • Velveeta processed cheese spread or Kraft natural Cheddar cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb

How to make creamy chicken broccoli skillet:

Completely cook chicken in Miracle Whip about 8 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
