Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip light dressing - 2/3 c
  • Parkay margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp

How to make spinach bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Mix spinach, eggs, soup, onion, cheese and dressing. Spoon spinach mixture into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Top with combined bread crumbs and margarine. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.

Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 55 minutes.
