  • butter - 1/4 c
  • white wine or water - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 c
  • 4 x 4-inch slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
  • whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned - 4 item

How to make creamy baked chicken breasts:

Arrange chicken in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. I spray with Pam. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine, stirring well. Spoon evenly over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle margarine over crumbs. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 to 55 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
