Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- 4 x 4-inch slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
- whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned - 4 item
- herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed - 1 c
How to make baked chicken breasts:
Arrange chicken pieces in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine; stir well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
