- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- margarine or butter, melted - 1/3 c
- container sour cream - 1 (8
- lemon juice from concentrate - 1/4 c
How to make creamy baked cheesecake:
Heat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press into 9-inch spring-form pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs and lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan.
