Creamy baked cabbage
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
- egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- cream or milk - 1/2 c
- coarsely shredded cabbage - 4 c
How to make creamy baked cabbage:
Place cabbage in mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into well-buttered casserole dish with cover. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and softly set.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
