Creamy baked carrots
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- American cheese, grated - 1/3 c
- ripe olives, chopped - 1/2 c
- sliced, cooked carrots - 4 c
How to make creamy baked carrots:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Bake in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make, Side dish.
