Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 c
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
  • American cheese, grated - 1/3 c
  • ripe olives, chopped - 1/2 c
  • sliced, cooked carrots - 4 c

How to make creamy baked carrots:

Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Bake in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
