Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- chicken bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- box fresh mushrooms - 1 item
- bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item
- plus 1 c - 1 qt
- jar small pimentos - 1/2 item
- half and half or 1/2 pt - 1 pt
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Saute onion and mushrooms in a small amount of oil. Add chopped broccoli and bouillon. Cover and simmer a few minutes. Add pimentos and milk. Simmer awhile longer.
