Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- bay leaves - 3 item
- fresh mushrooms, chopped
- can beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c - 1 oz
How to make mushroom soup:
In a 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine. Add onion and mushrooms and brown until tender. Stir in flour, using a fork to prevent lumps. Slowly add broth and milk, stirring constantly. Add bay leaves.
