Ingredients/Components
- flour
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- sage - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- fryer, cut up - 1 item
- plus 1 c
- small piece red pepper - 1 item
- enough water to cover fryer in pot - 1 item
How to make chicken stew:
Cook chicken with red pepper and sage in enough water to cover the chicken. Let cool. Pick chicken off the bones, making sure all skin, fat, gristle and cartilage are removed.
