Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- margarine - 1/4 c
- can chicken broth - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- green onions - 3 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- cans potato soup - 2 oz
How to make cheese soup:
Saute vegetables in margarine. Add rest of ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Simmer until mixed and hot, then add cheese. Just before serving, add sour cream. Do not boil. Serves 8; 289 calories per serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
