Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- well-beaten egg - 1 item
How to make cream cheese cookies:
Mix in order given. Can chill dough but not necessary to chill. Roll into balls and press down slightly with fork on lightly greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with colored "shot" or can add candied cherries, nuts or chips to batter before making into balls.
