Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- sugar
- unbeaten eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
How to make butter crumb cake:
Crumb Mix:1/2 c. butter or margarine1 c. flour1 c. brown sugar Blend together ingredients for crumb mixture and set aside.Sift together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream the 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cream cheese and sugar. Blend in unbeaten eggs and add vanilla. Add the milk alternately with dry ingredients. Place into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
