  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sugar
  • unbeaten eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c

How to make butter crumb cake:

Crumb Mix:1/2 c. butter or margarine1 c. flour1 c. brown sugar Blend together ingredients for crumb mixture and set aside.

Sift together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream the 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cream cheese and sugar. Blend in unbeaten eggs and add vanilla. Add the milk alternately with dry ingredients. Place into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
