Rhubarb cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- half and half
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- rhubarb, cut up - 5 c
How to make rhubarb cobbler:
Mix everything, except butter and cinnamon. Place in a 13 x 9 1/2-inch baking pan. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with strips of pie crust. Start on lower rack of oven at 425° for 30 minutes; finish on second rack at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Cobblers and crisps.
