  • sugar - 3 c
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • half and half
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • rhubarb, cut up - 5 c

How to make rhubarb cobbler:

Mix everything, except butter and cinnamon. Place in a 13 x 9 1/2-inch baking pan. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with strips of pie crust. Start on lower rack of oven at 425° for 30 minutes; finish on second rack at 350° for 35 minutes.
