Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onions, chopped
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- cans celery soup - 2 item
- peeled crawfish tails - 1 lb
- carton crawfish fat - 1 item
How to make crawfish etouffee:
Cook butter, onions, bell pepper and flour until onions are done, then add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes. Pour over cooked rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
