Ingredients/Components

  • salt
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • onions, chopped
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
  • cans celery soup - 2 item
  • peeled crawfish tails - 1 lb
  • carton crawfish fat - 1 item

How to make crawfish etouffee:

Cook butter, onions, bell pepper and flour until onions are done, then add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes. Pour over cooked rice.
