Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (2
How to make potluck potatoes:
Spread potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Blend together all other ingredients except cornflakes. Spread over potatoes. Spread cornflakes on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Can be refrigerated overnight. Especially good for after church dinner.
