  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • dash of paprika - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
  • onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
  • bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (2

How to make potluck potatoes:

Spread potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Blend together all other ingredients except cornflakes. Spread over potatoes. Spread cornflakes on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Can be refrigerated overnight. Especially good for after church dinner.

Holly Bird adds ham cubes for main dish.
