Crabmeat casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- artificial crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make crabmeat casserole:
Saute onion in oleo; add crumbs and mustard. Stir Worcestershire sauce into milk. Put crabmeat mixture in baking dish. Pour milk over (may need more than 1 cup). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.(Two beaten eggs and 1 can crabmeat may be added to this recipe.) Better but higher in cholesterol.
