Seafood casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- shrimp, cooked - 1 c
- crabmeat, flaked - 1 c
- lobster meat, cooked and cubed - 1 c
How to make seafood casserole:
Combine onion, green peppers and celery and saute in butter. Add the remaining ingredients and put in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with bread crumbs which have been tossed with melted butter. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. (May be assembled in advance, refrigerated and heated at serving time.) Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
