Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- olive oil - 1 c
- red wine - 1 c
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- ribs celery, chopped - 3 item
- bunch fresh parsley - 1 item
- gloves garlic or more - 3 item
- large cans whole tomatoes with juice put in blender if desired - 3 item
- cans drained clams, minced or chopped - 2 item
How to make crab cioppino:
Simmer all ingredients for 1 hour. Then add crab in the shell (optional: can add any white fish, shrimp or mussels). Serve with sourdough bread.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Crab.
