Avocado soup



  • half and half - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chicken broth - 3 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • cilantro - 1/4 tsp
  • glove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • large avocados, cut up - 2 item

How to make avocado soup:

Place half of chicken broth and the remaining ingredients in blender container. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Stir remaining broth into the avocado mixture. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with sour cream and paprika, if desired. Yields 6 servings.
