- Sauterne wine - 1 c
- clams - 18 item
- cans water - 6 item
- celery stalks, chopped - 6 item
- halibut
- prawns
- crabs live, cracked - 4 item
How to make crab cioppino:
Simmer sauce approximately 4 hours to a medium-thick consistency. Put olive oil in large pot. Limp celery and garlic. Add tomato sauce, water and wine. Simmer (no cover). Place fish in large pot with lid. Forty-five minutes before you want to serve,Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Crab.
