Black beans and rice
Ingredients/Components
- water
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- red wine - 2 Tbsp
- black beans - 2 c
- green pepper, cut up - 1 item
How to make black beans and rice:
Soak beans and green pepper in approximately 10 cups water. Cook in same water approximately 45 minutes. Put olive oil, onion, garlic, 1/2 green pepper and 1 cup mashed beans in a frying pan.
