  • salt - 1 item
  • margarine - 1 stick
  • cream - 1 c
  • pepper - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced - 8 oz
  • thin egg noodles - 16 oz
  • cans fancy white lump crabmeat - 2 item

How to make crab alfredo:

Prepare noodles according to package directions. Set aside. Saute mushrooms in garlic and 1 tablespoon margarine. Add margarine and cream to hot noodles and toss. Add Parmesan cheese, mushrooms and crab. Toss again.
