- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- broccoli, chopped - 1 pkg
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Cook onions, celery, broccoli and water in saucepan over medium-high heat 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in butter, salt and milk. In bowl, mix flour and milk.
