Cream of broccoli soup



  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • broccoli, chopped - 1 pkg

How to make cream of broccoli soup:

Cook onions, celery, broccoli and water in saucepan over medium-high heat 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in butter, salt and milk. In bowl, mix flour and milk. Stir into soup, a few tablespoons at a time, allowing time for it to warm and thicken the soup.
