Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 5 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
- Italian bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- Old Bay - 1/4 tsp
How to make crab cakes:
Mix egg, mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl; beat well. Add milk and Old Bay; mix well. Fold in onion powder and Italian bread crumbs. Mix well, then add 1 pound of crabmeat.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
