- 9-inch pie shell deep dish - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 4 oz
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- milk more if desired - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Cheese Topping:8 oz. shredded cheese1 egg, beaten1/4 c. milk (more if desired)1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Preheat oven to 375°. Brown beef and drain, then add remaining ingredients. Spread mixture into pie shell.Cheese Topping: Combine ingredients. Spread over meat and bake until thoroughly heated, about 40 minutes.
