  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • paprika - 1 item
  • onion, minced - 1/2 c
  • slices bacon - 4 item
  • cream-style corn - 1 c
  • Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 (8
  • whole corn - 1 c

How to make corn pudding:

Mix all ingredients together, except the bacon. Pour into well-greased dish. Place bacon on top. Bake at 350° about 1 hour. Sprinkle paprika over top. Serves 6. Nutritional Analysis: calories 444, protein 9 gm, carbohydrate 45 gm, fat 27 gm
