  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • water - 3 c
  • paprika - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • onion, minced - 1 tsp
  • instant potatoes

How to make instant party potatoes:

In saucepan, bring water, margarine and salt to a boil. Add milk, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and onion; stir in instant potatoes. Spoon into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
