Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- big ears corn - 6 item
How to make corn fritters:
Cut corn off cob; add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Drop by tablespoons into frying pan with melted butter or margarine. Brown lightly on both sides.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
