Scalloped potatoes and mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- large potatoes - 4 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- green pepper, minced - 1/2 item
- garlic salt if desired - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes and mushrooms:
Peel and slice potatoes thin; place one layer in greased casserole. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Add more potatoes and another layer of onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Continue until all ingredients are used. Add 4 cups of milk to cream of mushroom soup and spread over top. Cover and bake until potatoes are tender at 350°.
