- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs
- margarine or butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- sliced carrots, cooked - 3 c
How to make carrots au gratin:
Topping:1/4 c. dry bread crumbs1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted Heat oven to 350°. Butter 1-quart casserole. In medium bowl, combine carrots, soup and cheese. Pour into prepared casserole. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle topping over carrots. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
