Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 1/2
- can kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- cheese 1 Cheddar, 1 Mozzarella - 2 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except half of the cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake another 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
