Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- can coconut - 1 oz
- sweet milk - 2 c
- vanilla or lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make coconut pie:
Mix ingredients together. Pour into 2 pie plates. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven. (No crust needed; makes own.) Serves 6 to 8 per pie. Makes 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
