Frozen fruit cups
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- maraschino cherries - 1/4 c
- bananas - 3 item
How to make frozen fruit cups:
Drain pineapple and cherries. Quarter cherries and dice bananas. Combine all ingredients. Fill muffin tins which have been lined with paper cups. Freeze until firm. Store in plastic bags. Just before serving, remove paper liners and invert cups on lettuce leaf. Makes 18 (2 1/2-inch) cups.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Pineapple.
