  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour self-rising - 1/2 c
  • small can coconut - 1 item

How to make coconut pie:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour, milk, vanilla and coconut. Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Pour divided butter into 2 pie pans (9-inch pie pan). Pour excess into pie mixture. Mix well and pour into pans. Cook about 30 minutes at 350°.

For egg custard, use 5 or 6 eggs, more flour and nutmeg flavor, leaving out coconut, if so desired.
