Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 c
- egg yolks - 6 item
- can coconut - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Mix egg yolks, butter and sugar. Add flour, coconut and milk. Pour into 2 pie shells. Cook at 350° until firm. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Put on top of pie. Sprinkle with coconut and brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
