Double layer pumpkin pie



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- container Cool Whip - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkgs
- cup milk - 1 item
- can cooked pumpkin - 1 item
How to make double layer pumpkin pie:
Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk and 1 Tbsp. sugar in bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Fold in 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust. Blend 1 cup milk and vanilla pudding. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
