Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- egg white - 1 item
- shortening oleo - 1 c
- salt omit if using salted oleo or butter - 1/4 1/2
How to make cinnamon nut cookies:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Put dough on cookie sheet and pat out by hand. Spread over top 1 beaten egg white, then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350° until done. Cool and cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, < 30 mins.
