Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- oleo - 1 c
- plus 4 Tbsp - 4 c
How to make oil sugar cookies:
Cream both sugars, oil and oleo. Add dry ingredients and eggs; mix well. Refrigerate or put in freezer a few minutes (this makes dough easier to work with). Roll dough into balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Put a little of batter on bottom of glass so the sugar sticks to the bottom.
