- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- chicken breasts, boneless - 2 item
- cup seedless raisins - 1/3 item
- cup wine - 3/4 item
- cup soy sauce - 1/4 item
How to make chinese chicken:
Pierce chicken breasts with a fork. Combine all other ingredients in a small mixing bowl, mix well. Place chicken in a casserole dish and cover with mixture. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
