  • milk
  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • refrigerator biscuits - 1 pkg
  • diced ham - 2 c

How to make ham pie:

Saute onion and pepper in oil. Stir in flour; add soup and milk and heat until thickened. Add ham and lemon juice; mix well and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Roll out 4 to 5 biscuits flat and cut out centers with a small cutter. Arrange large pieces on top of ham mixture; fill in between large biscuits with small center pieces of biscuit. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350° and cook until biscuits are done.
