Cheesy chowder
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 3 c
- chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 item
- chopped potatoes - 1 c
- shredded or cubed Velveeta - 3 c
How to make cheesy chowder:
Cook veggies in butter or margarine until tender. Add chicken broth, soup and pepper. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Blend milk and flour; stir into chowder. Add cheese and parsley. Heat through until cheese melts and chowder thickens.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Chowders.
