Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 2/3 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • bay leaves - 2 item
  • celery salt to taste - 1 item
  • large can tomatoes - 1 item
  • granulated garlic - 1/4 tsp
  • chicken, cubed - 1 lb

How to make chicken creole:

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
