Chicken creole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- celery salt to taste - 1 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- granulated garlic - 1/4 tsp
- chicken, cubed - 1 lb
How to make chicken creole:
Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
