Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- cup thinly sliced onion - 1 item
- vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
- crushed red pepper flakes - 1/4 1/2
- cup diced green pepper - 1 item
- cups hot cooked rice - 2 item
- cups sliced fresh mushrooms - 2 item
- cup celery with leaves - 1 item
- cups diced uncooked chicken - 2 item
- can no-salt added tomatoes - 1 1/2
- cup chablis or other dry white wine - 1/2 item
- tbsp chopped parsley - 2 item
How to make chicken creole:
Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, place over medium high heat until hot. Add onion and next 3 ingredients, saut?© until crisp about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
